'VI-VA-LTD' Co. Ltd. is a designer and manufacturer of non-standard equipment for food, confectionery, processing and pharmaceutical industries (the material we use is stainless steel - AISI 316L, 316, 321, 304, 430) for 15 years. Own manufacturing facilities and experienced staff allows us to produce non-standard products in small amount as well as serial products, certified in UkrSEPRO system.
Traditionally 'VI-VA-LTD' Co. Ltd. manufactures equipment for these areas:
1. Non-standard equipment for dosing and mixing food and chemical products.
2. Non-standard equipment for melting fat masses (melting cameras for fat in blocks, for fat packed up in standard barrels or jerry cans, plasticizer for fat masses softening, heated pump for chocolate frosting pumping, etc.)
3. Non-standard stai ...nless steel tanks for food and chemical products. Bottoms of our tanks are produced in accordance with GMP standards, with and without heated jackets, with or without heating coil, stationary and movable. We can install the automated control system and tensometry complex that allows to maintain product level, measure temperature and maintains required technological * manufacture tanks from 40 to 22000 liters in volume, with agitator or without it (depending on our Customer requests).
4. Non-standard equipment for transportation of food and chemical products (inclined, horizontal, overhead, turning conveyors, screw transporters, etc.)
5. Updated machinery in mechanical and assembling workshops allow us to produce any complex details: processing shafts up to 1000 millimeters in diameter and 3000 millimeters in length, cylindrical straight and oblique-spur gears, conic straight gears, worm teeth gears with 7-600 millimeters in diameter; spark erosion machine allows us to perform highly-accurate straight cuts or curvilinear lines, ion-plasmous application of superhard coating to products surface (nitriding); also we can provide thermal, grinding, polishing processes; we have abrasive water jet that allows us to cut metal along practically any kind of contour; flanging machine allows us to roll bottoms from metal sheets with diameter 500-3000 millimeters and thickness 3-15 millimeters.
6. We can manufacture railings, decorated columns, stairs, steps made of stainless steel with addition of nonmetal * we produce auxiliary equipment for food industry - trays for meat, small movable tanks for food products, hooks, carts, etc.
Our own construction department designs new and upgrades serial equipment according to our Customer wishes. All our equipment is designed in 3D-modelling programs (SolidWorks, AutoCAD). It allows us to provide full complex of services - designing equipment, manufacturing, mounting, setting up and providing warranty services of our products. We accept individual and serial orders from our Customers.
Our company has all the necessary equipment for an engineering plant: premachining installment, forgery, mechanical, machinery area with numerical control, welding, assembling, painting departments. Read more
