Our company P.P.H.U. ,,Proszki Mleczne' has existed on the market since 1992. It deals with production and sale of milk powders. Currently our company is one of the leaders on the market. Dry milk is produced in EU production plants, in plants of category A, which is confirmed by identification trade documents attached to every batch of the products. Our company received HCCP, ISO and EU * guarantee the same quality of our products with every delivery. Delivery documents include microbiological certificates as well as physical and chemical * products have an improved formula mostly dedicated to the production process of confectionery, chocolate, chocolate-like products and ice cream. Full milk powder SHN - a fully milk product which contains 5% of free fat where the total fat content is 26%. It is intended to be used in chocolate or chocolate-like products. Its characteristic feature is an excellent emulsifying property. A slightly smaller amount of protein content, which is a result of the production process, is not a flaw but it should be taken into account in the composition of your product.

Skimmed milk powder SHN - contains exclusively milk components. It is not only intended to be used in chocolate or chocolate-like products but also in ice cream the composition of which is based on skimmed milk. Read more
