Oghma Partners is an corporate advisory business focused primarily on the food and consumer staple industries. Our partnership advises companies on corporate strategy, acquisitions and disposals. Mark Lynch, Tim Potter (ex Goldman Sachs & UBS)and John Spicer (ex UBS) each have over 20 years experience of the food and beverage industry. Recently joined, Mark Robinson (ex Head of M&A at Tate & Lyle) has completed over 20 business disposals and acquisitions in his time in the food industry. Together with their other colleagues (William Berrington, Chris Brooke, Kevin O'Neill, Carlos Ratto and Tracey Campbell) the team has experience of completing over 90 transactions over their careers.
