The machine type TRIOMAX is a computerized universal machine for production of a wide range of cakes and cookies including filled cookies (filled with fruit preserve or cream), three-colour cookies decorated on top, cookies such as shortbread, meringue, sponge fatty, steamed cookies (small plain profiteroles, choux pastry straw, eclaire), cokies containing nuts and dried fruit, sponge bases, muffines and a lot of others.

Application of the machines:
Models CNC are designed for big plants. Check if any of the machines offered by the competition have the same possibilities!

Equipment of the machine:
-three heads, one for paste, another for filling or two types of cakes (filled or three-colour cookies),
-industrial numerical drives (fast and precise adjusting to the required position),
-tight heads allowing to work with hard and semi-liquid paste,
-working width of heads 600mm x 400 or 600 x 800),
-a possibility to use different speed of the metal sheet drive up (one speed for the drive up and another for the squeezing) allows for substantial increase in efficiency,
-possibility to adjust the speed of raising and lowering of the table,
-possibility to adjust the height of lowering of the table (to each pattern there can be a different one, at the same time there is a possibility to pour the pastry to 10cm high forms while for another recipe the table can be lowered as much as to the height of the cake, e.g. 1cm this allows to increase efficiency),
-possibility to adjust a different speed of lowering of the table during the process of squeezing,
-possibility to make cookies arranged in tiers with several stopovers,
-smooth regulation of the rollers squeezing the paste,
-memory up to 300 recipes,
-possibility to introduce ones own names of cakes,
-possibility to adjust the distance from the first row from the panel,
-electronic sensor of the metal sheet control,
-electronic measurement of the metal sheet shift,
-automatic regulation of the height of the table,
-rotation of nozzles squeezing the paste,
-smooth regulation of rotation of the shaping nozzles,
-cutting with a string models ST,
-casing made of stainless metal sheet,
-high efficiency up to 200 kg/h,

Model CNC-P is additionally equiped with a table with automatic feeder of metal sheet (the container may store up to 15 pieces of metal sheet, the machine takes the metal sheet itself).
