General product information

The main product of out company is sour cherry in alcohol, which is generally used by the confectionary industry, mainly for filling brandied cherries. We are one of the largest pruducer in Hungary, but we export to the countries of the European Union, and Woldwide too.

The process of the producing:

We remove the stems and wash the fruit with a great care

We sort the cherries by size into 4 categories: 13-14mm, 15-17mm, 18-20mm, 20-22mm

After the first sorting, we sortthe cherriesonce again manually to remove the injured ones

We fill 120l drums with the cherries and pure alcohol

After the ageing, we core the cherries, and get the finished product: Cored sour cherries with 24-26 Vol% alcohol content
