Böhnke + Luckau GmbH, located in Wernigerode / Germany delivers and manufactures complete plants and installations for chocolate and confectionary industry. The traditional machinery range from the former company Hoppe in Goslar / Germany has been further developed and completed and includes sugar croquant cooking and forming machines, vermicelli extruder as well as entire chocolate moulding lines, chocolate one-shot moulding lines, jelly and fondant moulding lines.
Shell moulding lines manufactured by Böhnke-Luckau GmbH are known for its reliable quality ' Made in Germany ' and reasonable investment costs. This shell moulding lines can be designed tailor made according to customer requirement as inline version or in square shape. A fully automatic line is cons ...isting of different process steps, firstly the moulds are added to the line with a first magazine feeder following the mould heating section. The first depositor fills the mould and at a so called shell maker the mould is turned and scraped off. After passing a cooling cabinet this shell in the mould is filled with a second depositor and after sufficient cooling the bottom is deposited at the last depositor. The final cooling tunnel cools the praline into the centre evenly and a automatic demoulding station twists the mould gently twice and at the knocking station the chocolate pralines are separated from the moulds. Finally the mould are passing a mould check where moulds are ejected which are still containing chocolate. A empty mould is automatically inserted instead and the moulds are transferred back to the beginning of the line.
